Log in on SWAVE and you’re on the errand market
Click on either “Post Errand” on the Menu Bar (side) or “Create New Errand”
Select the category of your errand or you can choose “Any Errand” or “General Labour” if you can’t find any
Provide details of what you want and when you want it. You can add Images, record voice note. You can set up the conditions for your job to be taken as “Completed”
Proceed to Errand Location and give the right address
Decide how much you want to pay and choose if you want the Runner to pay insurance for the errand or not
Post your errand and you can see it on the “Errand Market” and manage it in “My Errands”
Log in on SWAVE and select Wallet on the “Side Bar”. Funding your wallet guarantees being able to send your errands successfully.
You can add money to you SWAVE Account by clicking “Fund Wallet” which will take you to Paystack Gateway where you can choose suitable options to add money to your SWAVE Wallet.
Escrow Account is where your money is held when you post an errand. When the Runner completes the errand and you confirm it, SWAVE will pay them the money in your Escrow.
Incoming Funds is where you see the money you are expecting from errand(s) that you are currently running (minus service fee). When you complete the errand and the “Sender” confirms, the money will move to your Main Account/Wallet
You can add your bank accounts, make withdrawal request and choose any of the bank accounts you have added for the money to be paid into it.
How to manage – Your Profile
Log in on SWAVE and select My Profile on the “Side Bar” or click on your “username” at top right of the
Escrow Account is where your money is held when you post an errand. When the Runner completes the errand and you confirm it, SWAVE will pay them the money in your Escrow.
