Our Founder
Hi ! Its me Priyanka Gusain the founder and head designer of my brand Zubiya. Zubiya was established in the year 2013. Just when I finished college there was no question, I wanted to turn my love for art and painting into something more than just a hobby. In my initial college days I was encouraged to put up my artwork and paintings on display and I was always overwhelmed with the response and satisfaction it gave me. It was like a stepping stone for me to really turn my love for art into something I would not have to give up as I finish college..

Why is there a shade/ pattern placement difference?
We do every article by Free hand painting so the art/colour may differ as per artists.
But,not to worry we make sure every piece of footwear is as beautiful and unique as u see on the website.
When will the OUT OF STOCK products come back in stock? We will
Since we make very limited edition Footwear and in small quantities we usually restock most of our footwear within 25-40 days.
You can reach out to us over a call if anything is urgent.
How to avail Free Shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders, subject to a minimum order value. A Shipping charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1500/-
How long will my order take to deliver?
Depending upon your location, the product is delivered to you between 10-15 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We usually dispatch all the orders within 48 hours unless it is on PRE-ORDER
What do I do if the order lost in transit?
Kindly reach out to us on email info.zubiya@gmail.com immediately if your order is lost in transit. We will initiate a full refund incase you don’t wish to exchange it with any other product.
NOTE: It can take upto 10 days for us to track process the refund in case your order is lost in transit.
