INSPIRATIONAL HOME DÉCOR AND DESIGNS AT DECOREX JOBURG 2017

 

Visitors to this year’s Decorex Joburg will find all manner of décor, design and lifestyle inspiration for their #livingdream space. From the best kitchen appliances to make hearty family meals to on-trend décor ideas, this one-stop exhibition has something suited for every age and taste.

Young visitors will be well-catered for at the Milk JUG Café. This new installation will feature a delectable children’s eatery based in the heart of the children’s décor stand. While parents peruse the various stylings by designers surrounding the Milk JUG Café, children can get creative on the chalk walls and colouring-in pads or play with the range of interactive toys. There are also delicious treats available including milkshakes, popcorn, donuts, and healthy taste alternatives.

 

This year’s Décor District presented by Canvex will also showcase something for new parents as mom, Elisha Annandale, of Décor Identity creates an inspired baby’s room designed using her latest range of functional baby furniture. Gone are the days of pastel blues and pinks, check out the current baby room trends incorporating everyday living colours that blend with the home’s interior.

 

Parents can look forward to a number of other exciting features including the Decorex She Shed – a sanctuary just for mom –the Franke Kitchen Design Project, as well as the Builders DIY Theatre where experts will share take-home advice on general improvements, simple fix-ups and garden revamping. The annual Plascon Colour Forecast will also reveal the upcoming year’s exciting colour palette while Caesarstone’s installation features its latest natural stone colour options suited to every kitchen type.
