Manny Pacquiao Selling Hancock Park McMansion for $2.7M

Boxing star/Philippine congressman Manny Pacquiao has been distracting himself with real estate deals since before his much-anticipated, deeply disappointing title fight with Floyd Mayweather early last month, buying a Beverly Hills mansion previously owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs (and everything inside of it too). Now that he's had time to settle in over in Bev Hills, he's relisting his house in Hancock Park, says Page Six. Mediterranean-inspired and just over 4,200 square feet, the textbook McMansion first went up for sale in August 2013, then dropped off the market in 2014. Now it's just waiting for someone who loves marble and high-ceilinged entryways.

The floors are Brazilian teak wood and marble, including in the five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and 22-foot-tall entryway. Pacquiao's kitchen is decked out in Caesarstone, outfitted with high-end appliances, and has a "built-in coffee bar." The backyard features not only a pool, but also an "amazing fire & waterfall feature." Pac Man proudly showed off his house in an episode of MTV's Cribs, starting with what he's been using as a trophy room.

The mini-mansion was built in 2008, and public records show that Pacquiao took ownership in 2009, paying $2.17 million. The listing price is the same as it was back in 2013: $2.7 million.
