- Grand Prize winner may opt to take a $1,000 cash prize in lieu of the Atlantic City Trip. Once notified of the grand prize win, they will have 60 10 days to complete all required tax documentation and claim their prize. Any prize not claimed within that timeframe will be forfeited.
- Grand Prize trip must be taken for the weekend of July 12, 2014 when Pauly D is appearing at The Pool After Dark.

- A winners list will be sent to CIE-NJ Accounting department, and compared to the above prize matrix.
- 1099 will be required for the grand prize. Documentation will be sent to the CIE-NJ Accounting department, and the appropriate tax document will be sent to the winner via secure email. The patron must sign the required tax document and return to the CIE-NJ Accounting department prior to the funds and/or prize being released to the patron.
