Covid-19 aside, we are about to enter another great leap forward in technology, this time with robots and artificial intelligence.

While the first three Industrial revolutions improved manufacturing (steam power; electric power and mass production; and electronics and automation), the fourth (digitization) will impact how services are delivered.

In this one-hour webinar, Jeff Wald, HBS ’02, will cover:

  • What the future of work will look like, and how to prepare your career and your company for it
  • What the past three industrial revolutions can teach us about the current and future state of the labor market
  • How to be a force for fostering fairness for workers, clear rules for companies, and stability for society.

Join us for an insightful look at the future of work.
