Mewtwo is now available for download for select Club Nintendo users.

Players who purchased both Smash Bros. for 3DS and Smash Bros. on Wii U, and registered both copies with Club Nintendo, are being sent their codes for Mewtwo on both platforms, so get to checkin’ your email.

Codes are being sent out over the space of 24 hours, and you’ve got until September 30 to redeem them on the Nintendo eShop.

What’s next for Smash Bros.? DLC characters would be a safe bet. So far we’ve seen several industry folk comment on how they’d love to see their characters take to the Smash stage. From Team Meat wanting Meat Boy to be included, all the way to Microsoft’s Phil Spencer, who said "I think it would be cool if Banjo was in the next [Super Smash Bros.] DLC. We've worked with Nintendo on Rare IP before, no issues."

Who would you like to see next? Tails? Liquid Snake? Vicar Amelia? Shout out in the comments below.
